This site, wilfredstephenanfield.com, is a personal, professional, and values-rooted space created by Wilfred Stephen Anfield, MSW, MPH. I'm a DC-based Digital Health & Community Design Strategist working at the intersections of community care, public health, and digital strategy. Guided by my "mason jar values" approach, I hold myself to high ethical standards grounded in trust, transparency, and community care.
This Terms of Use page isn't here to scare you off or bury you in legal jargon. It's here to be clear. It's part of how I put care into practice.

- Sociodigital status and access
- Community knowledge and lived experience
Always remember: tools can empower or harm. Digital spaces must be built with the same care and accountability as physical ones.
